Flair Invited Talk at 2025 SaaStr

PRESS RELEASE - 05/12/2025

This note confirms that on behalf of Mayfield & SaaStr, Flair Labs has been selected as one of the finalists for the AI demo stage and competition.

 Samir Sen, on behalf of Flair, will present on the Mayfield AI Demo Stage at SaaStr Annual in May. 

Additionally, Mayfield is interested in learning more about your company and product! This is a huge honor as there well over 1200 submissions and only 20 selected.

 Please send ASAP (by tomorrow end of day):

• A high-resolution logo of your company

• A high-resolution headshot (of whoever will be presenting)

• A short 3-5 sentence paragraph format speaker bio for the presenter 

• A link to a recorded demo of your product (this will not be shared publicly – it’s only for Mayfield to use)

• Any additional product or company videos that may be helpful (if you have them)

• Company or product materials such as pitch decks, product/solution briefs, additional content, etc.

• Anything else you think may strengthen your case with Mayfield

 **Please note: while this note guarantees you a demo slot onstage at SaaStr as well as indicates your company as a finalist for the Mayfield competition, it does not automatically mean you will receive funding from Mayfield.

Details & important info:

• This would be for a live, 2-minute demo of your product (time enforced, must be live- no videos or slides)

• Demo must be led by your founder, CEO, or head of product only

• The AI demo stage will be open on Wednesday and Thursday, May 14-15th at various times in the morning and afternoon

  • You will be assigned a demo slot for Wednesday or Thursday (please earmark that for travel and planning purposes)

The presenter will be issued a complimentary pass to the event and free travel / hotel / airfare accommodations as needed.
